Dr. LaVonne McClain is a secondary education strategist and Career & Technical Education (CTE) systems architect with executive-level district leadership experience. She specializes in designing aligned, data-driven secondary systems that connect instruction, workforce pathways, accountability frameworks, and sustainable implementation practices.
