Dr. LaVonne McClain is a secondary education strategist and Career & Technical Education (CTE) systems architect with executive-level district leadership experience. She specializes in designing aligned, data-driven secondary systems that connect instruction, workforce pathways, accountability frameworks, and sustainable implementation practices.
With a background in district leadership across secondary education and CTE, Dr. McClain has led large-scale initiatives involving pathway expansion, credential growth, work-based learning systems, graduation alignment, and performance monitoring structures. Her work centers on one core belief:
